Hello!
Sorry about the wait. I hope you have done my idea to write a story about a kid like you but in a different country. If you haven't read the first two chapters scroll down and read them or be like "What? What is going on???" So If you remember, Addy and Ana were on the plane to a place in the middle of nowhere near the jungle with their cousin Coco .
"So what would you like, The pulled beef salad or the chickpea salad?" The flight attendant patiently questioned. "Er, I'm a vegetarian and I don't like chickpeas!" Addy murmured to Coco, panicking. "Sorry Sir um could we have the chickpea one without the chickpeas?" Coco asked politely. "But Miss the chickpea salad with no chickpeas is just sauce." "Well, I guess you'll just starve to death! Hee, Hee!" Ana was that annoying for the first bit but after a few death stares from Coco, she quit it.
"EEEEEEEEE! My ears are killing me!!" The two girls screeched dramatically. "Who ever heard of death by ears? Or a murdering ear!" A boy piped up from the row behind them. He was Coco's brother and he was cheeky, smart and very innocent looking but a good laugh when you got to know him. He was 6 years old and his name was Noah.
"SKIIID" the plane had arrived.
I hope you guys liked it!!

"We are going to be late, We are going to be late! Hurry uuuuuuup!" shrieked mum. "Whoaah chill out. We have ages so don't worry." Adriana reassured her mum. "Okay, well i'll wait till we miss the flight and then say told you so!" Ana cried from the other side of the room. They were the spitting image of their mum and everyone told them so. Black wavy hair, Periwinkle eyes, Tall and skinny and finally big smiles were only some of the traits that the three shared. Maybe I should mention the fact that the only difference the twins had was Adriana had a birth mark right above her lip and Ana had one on her hip.
Riiiing, Riiing, "Uhhh, I'll answer it." groaned Adriana. "Hi Addy um I'm right outside your house and um I was thinking I could pick you up now and um we could drive to the airport and get lunch there!" said her cousin on the phone. " Mum Coco is outside now and wants to take us there now!" she hollered. "Oooooooh, that would save me one job huh? Yep, tell her yes"
A few hours later the girls and there cousin Coco were seated on the plane and Adriana was the one who got to say "Told you so!"

My Amazing Life in Brazil
Hi!!!
I had a cool idea that you can do too to write a piece about a kid my age and my gender but one who lives where I most want to go: Brazil. So please tuck in and follow 10 year-old Adriana and her twin sister Ana around Brazil which in this story is not all brightly colored parrots.
"Sloth!" was her first word. I should probably actually say theirs as Ana and Adriana said it at the exact same time. Well, nearly the same. They still argue about who said it first because their mother always says " I will never tell who is the oldest girl but what you can know is the oldest was the first to talk."
"Addy! you are sooo immature. Honestly, only a real baby would cry because a 1 year old said they preferred their other sister! A 1 year old is a 1 year old! Seriously they do not have opinions!" Shrieked Ana. "Ma is a lot better at trying to help me if that even is what you're trying to do" Adriana murmured defensively. "Girls, Have you got your toothbrushes? What about those mini packs of toothpaste? You'll need them for the plane! Oh and I read an article about how those types of earplugs can be bad for you so take my fluffy ones. Please???" Mum was dashing frantically around the house preparing them to go on a plane to the middle of no where (Kind of near the Amazon) for their cousins wedding. She honestly looked like a sped up video.

So every week I will write about this much and they will be like chapters! Did you like the first one?
P.S This is a trial for if people like it and if they do I will write the next chapter!

Read these books!
Hi guys!!!
The first book is Nevermoor, The Trials of Morrigan Crow it is fantastically amazing and full of mystery. I would recommend it for age 10 and above. Written by Jessica Townsend this funny thrilling novel will send you into other worlds! If you like fantasy and mystery you will really adore this book.
I had an idea to do a piece of writing recommending some of my favourite books. There are two books and I hope after this you'll hop into your bead and start reading! Reading is the best way to spend time in lock down. My favourite thing to do while reading is listen to music in my bed. If you and your family are getting sick of each other have some alone time and please read these books:
The second is the sequel to Nevermoor and is called Wundersmith, The Calling of Morrigan Crow some books have a fantastic first and a not amazing second but this book is so un-disappointing! Follow Morrigan Crow (the heroine) and her friends Cadence Blackburn and Hawthorn as they join Wunder and discover something amazing about their friend Lambeth and a lot more. This action packed mystery will have you sucked in for weeks. I recommend for age 10+ .
I am really excited for the next book! Just letting you know I do have other favorites but these are some of the best!

Sharing my opinion
Dear Parents of New Zealand,
I think that It’s okay for every child to have some screen time every day while lock down is going on.
My first reason is that if there are 28 days of lock down and an average movie is about 2 hours long. So if you watch 1 movie every day the total screen time is 56 hours which if you think about it can not really damage the brain much and with off days then the total is much less.
My second reason is if you think about Easter and all the chocolate you eat, It seems like that shouldn’t count it because the day is (For some people) like it’s celebrating chocolate and after it you should just go back to normal amounts. You might be wondering: “How does chocolate relate to screen time?” Well if you think about it if you wanted to give lock down something that it celebrates you could give it screen time like Easter has chocolate. So the screen time you have in lock down doesn’t count either.
And finally my last reason is why I am not counting educational screen time and this is because it actually teaches you and you interact so the damage to your brain that it makes can be weighed out with the good stuff pouring in.
So next time you stop your kid watching something please consider your decision.
