Here is the first Poem a Day. It is a limerick.
I once had a friend called Ben
Who had a couple of Hen
One was called Polly
The other called Dolly
One day they turned into some men
So every day as a warm up I will do a poem!

Great limerick Franny! You have captured the sense of fun that limericks should be. You got me thinking ... imagine if our school hens turned into men - that would be shocking!

I thought that it was quite easy to make but that the only hard bit is finding words that rhyme with the other ones.
It would probably be 50% funny and 50% worrying if they turned into men. Imagine what they would look like! ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ค
